Shipping Policy

Pieces marked 'Ready to Ship' are dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take approximately 30–45 days, as each is set by hand. We share a confirmed timeline by phone or email within one working day of your order.

Shipping is free across India on all orders. Orders are sent via insured courier with signature on delivery, and typically arrive within 3–6 working days of dispatch.

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves our atelier.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight, and typically takes 6–12 working days.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees levied by the destination country are not included in our pricing and are payable by the recipient.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. If a delivery is attempted twice unsuccessfully, the courier returns the parcel to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

• Please provide a phone number that is reachable during working hours.
• We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
• Do not accept any parcel that arrives with a broken or tampered seal — refuse it and contact us immediately.
