This website is operated by Garima Zaaveri Jewellery. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Garima Zaaveri Jewellery; 'you' means the visitor or customer using this site.

Every piece we sell is handcrafted. Minor variations in stone colour, size, placement and finish are inherent to hand-setting and are not defects — they are the reason the piece looks the way it does.

Product photographs are taken under studio lighting. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price you paid at the time of a confirmed order is the price that applies to that order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a piece is unavailable or if a price has been listed in error.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and we have sent you a confirmation. Bespoke and made-to-order commissions require a 50% advance, with the balance payable before dispatch.

All designs, photographs, text and the Garima Zaaveri name and logo on this site are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Our liability in relation to any piece is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
